RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective date: July 19, 2026

SUVNEST AUTO serves business buyers, including wholesalers, distributors, retailers, online sellers and purchasing agents. All orders are subject to product, specification, quantity, price, packaging and delivery confirmation between both parties.

1. Sample Orders
For sample orders, SUVNEST AUTO will review any issue based on the actual circumstances. Where appropriate and mutually agreed, we may arrange replacement items, supplementary items, or another reasonable solution.

2. Order Confirmation and Bulk Production
Before confirming a formal order, especially a bulk production order, buyers must carefully review and confirm all product details, specifications, quantity, colors, packaging, customization, branding requirements, price, and delivery arrangements.

Once an order is confirmed, bulk production, customization, branding, packing, or shipment may begin. After production, customization, branding, or shipment has begun, the order generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless otherwise agreed in writing by SUVNEST AUTO.

3. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Buyers must inspect the goods promptly upon delivery. Any claim for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery.

The claim must include clear photos or videos, the order reference, and a description of the issue. After verification, SUVNEST AUTO may arrange replacement items, supplementary items, or a credit solution, depending on the confirmed circumstances.

4. Returns
Goods must not be returned without prior written authorization from SUVNEST AUTO. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, products incorrectly selected or ordered by the buyer, products that have been used or altered, or customized, branded, or specially sourced products, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
